Property Claim Estimate Review / Desk Review

ASI nationally licensed adjusters will provide the experience required to perform desk reviews on residential structures, commercial structures and fixed property estimates. The desk review process will manage and validate expenses associated with property damage estimates created by an independent adjuster or contractor. It is the expectation that by providing these compliance reviews; either in the capacity of a Fast Track Property Estimate Review, Vendor Demand Estimate Review or Catastrophe Post Deployment Estimate Review, our clients will recognize a reduction in overall expenses.

ASI offers three distinct service options:

Fast Track Property Estimate Review
This process is ideal for light property damage claims without an estimate available such as minor fire, water, or wind loss when liability is clear. The consumer is notified that their claim will be assigned to fast track via ASI to help expedite the claim process. ASI will contact the consumer directly to review the damage and write an estimate via the phone. This will eliminate the need for the consumer to schedule and wait for an adjuster to come to their location or find a local contractor to establish an estimate. The consumer can be asked to submit photographs of the damage to assist in the process. In the event photos are required but not available from the consumer ASI has a national photo only resource available at flat rate pricing.

Vendor Demand Estimate Review
ASI will desk review contractor, water mitigation or independent adjuster estimates. ASI will secure all additional supporting documentation, secure an agreed upon price for repair with the consumers choice of contractor and handle all supplemental repair estimates. ASI will also price commercial and personal contents list or desk review content lists supplied by the consumer.

Catastrophe Post Deployment Estimate Review
Supplemental repair estimates will be reviewed by ASI in cases where the initial independent adjuster or staff appraiser has been re-deployed. ASI will secure all additional supporting documentation and secure an agreed upon price for repair with the consumers choice of contractor.

Assignments can be submitted in varying fashions including but not limited to fax and email (i.e. insuranceclientname@asiclaims.com), web application www.asiclaims.com or through integrated third party solutions. Completed assignments will be returned as an image in any of the above fashions but is not limited to how the assignment was received.
