Claims Dispatcher / Claims Data Entry
  • Claims dispatchers should have experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Claims dispatchers should be able to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Previous data entry experience preferred.
Auto Claims Auditor / Appraiser / Estimator
  • Auto damage estimators should have experience with CCC/Pathways estimating software or its equivalent (Audatex / Pen-Pro / Shop-Link, Mitchell, Etc).
  • Auto damage estimators should have experience as a body shop estimator, an estimator for an independent appraisal firm or as insurance carrier field appraiser.
  • Home state appraiser / adjusters license is preferred.
Property Claims Auditor / Appraiser / Estimator
  • Property damage estimators should have experience with Xactimate claim estimating software or its equivalent (MSB/Integri, Simsol Etc).
  • Property damage estimators should have experience as an estimator for an insurance restoration contractor, an estimator for an independent adjustment firm or as insurance carrier field adjuster.
  • Home state adjusters license is preferred.
Subrogation Claims Auditor / Appraiser / Estimator
  • Subrogation claims Auditors should have experience with CCC/Pathways estimating software or its equivalent (Audatex / Pen-Pro / Shop-Link, Mitchell, Etc).
  • Subrogation claims Auditors should have experience as a body shop estimator, an estimator for an independent appraisal firm or as insurance carrier field appraiser.
  • Subrogation claims Auditors should have an understanding and working knowledge of basic insurance policies and practices.
  • Home state appraiser / adjusters license is preferred.
